- Anthony L. Barnes, CRB, CRS, GRI is the President & Broker for our great company. Anthony served as a Real Estate Commissioner for the State of Alabama and he served on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham and Alabama Associations of REALTORS. He has served as a member of the Birmingham Planning Commission and he has also served as the Pesident/Chairman of the Birmingham Water Works Board for the past 10 years. Strong Leadership!

Monthly Home Buyer Seminars at Office

- This is when we invite the community and surrounding areas to our facility to educate them. These events will be advertised through Neighborhood Association Community Newsletters, Apartment Dweller Mail outs, The Real Estate Book and Handouts. All of the homebuyers will be fair game for all agents unless the agent personally invited the home buyer. Exposure!

Agent of the Month

- Designated Parking Space, Automatic Advertising in The Real Estate Book, Trophy and Chance in the $100 Drawing at Sales Meeting. Recognition!

Residual Income/Mentorship

- Any agent that recruits a new agent to Barnes & Associates will receive 5% of (GCI) Gross Commission Income each time the new Barnes & Associates sales associate has a closing. We will continue to pay you on all closing for two years in exchange for the seasoned agent participating in Mentorship Program.

- If you recruit a seasoned agent Barnes & Associates will pay you 2% of (GCI) Gross Commission Income for two years. Money!

Real Estate School

- Beginning January of 2007 Barnes & Associates will open there own Real Estate School. You will now be given the opportunity to receive free CE Credits. Education!

Website

- Effective October 1, 2006 Barnes & Associates will have a live interactive website. It will be very user-friendly for your customers. It features Community Reports, Home Value Evaluation, Payment Calculators and much more. Technology!

Community Garage Sales

- Community Garage Sales will give the company and the agents more exposure. We will go into different Farm Areas and notify the community of a Neighborhood Wide Yard Sale sponsored by Barnes & Associates. We will advertise by Neighborhood Newsletters, mail outs and hand outs. We will provide marketing for the event, event maps, light refreshments and designated REALTOR at each participating house. This will take place each summer month beginning in May and end in September. Community Involvement!

Advertising Assistance

- The computers will be equipped with flyer templates for all of your marketing efforts. If you don’t see one that will fit your needs, see Abra for some assistance. Abra is also available to help design or proof anything that you want to send out. Abra is also available to give you ideas for mail outs and consumer hand outs. Support!

Marketing Made Easy Design Packages

- These packages will be provided by Visions Marketing Group. Packages are designed or you can make your own package. Packages can include Logo Design, Postcard Design, Personal Brochure Design, Business Card Design and Printing. The Logo will feature a picture of you engrossed with your name and number. Cutting Edge Self Promotion!

Office Post-Closing Mail out

- After each one of your sales the company will send a thank you card to the party that you represented within a week of closing your transaction. This card is just thanking them for choosing you as an agent and Barnes & Associates as the broker company for handling their real estate transactions. They will once again be reminded to refer or choose Barnes & Associates when it comes to any of their family or their real estate needs. Follow Up!

In-House Mortgage Lender

- First American Bank has set up shop in our office. You r clients have the opportunity to get on the spot pre-approvals with out ever stepping out of our office. First American Bank even offers a Home Improvement Loan which will be interest only for the first twelve months and amortized over the remaining fourteen years. This product can even be closed in the office.

- First American Bank is also available to assist you with your Open Houses and mail outs! Convenience!

Sign Support

- Most agents get the biggest headache hammering in For Sale signs and riding up and down the streets placing directional arrows. If this is an issue for you Barnes & Associates has a couple of options. We have sign support representatives that will place your sign and as many directional arrows that you need at a very minimal cost. Or if you need a big fancy sign hung on land or a very nice listing in a great area, we have a relationship with a Sign Placement company that has competitive prices. Energy Saver!

Desk Space

- Each agent has his/her own private desk and phone. If you become one of the Top 8 for the year you will have your own desk and phone in a semi-private office. Then if you accomplish the task of becoming the Agent of the Year you will obtain your own Private Office! Privacy!
